Gerald Rhead Director of Operations & Administration and Online Academic and Professional Programs, MSU Global Gerald Rhead has over 13 years experience in higher education in the areas of marketing strategy, business and program development, finance, operations and management. He received a master's in Educational Administration from Western Michigan University. He has held management level positions at Central Michigan University and Davenport University in the areas of adult continuing education. As Director of Operations and Administration and Online Academic and Professional Programs, he oversees the day-to-day administration of MSU Global and leads the academic business development process, working with research faculty to insure that MSU's most highly regarded and competitive programs are made available via Internet based education.
