Cindy McCourt has over 20 years of professional experience spanning multiple disciplines such as instructional design, training, process engineering, web system development and more. She is empowered with the ability to integrate processes and techniques from these disciplines to form a solution that compliments and supports all project requirements whether the client is corporate, higher education, association, or government.

Cindy started her career in banking and moved to financial and business management after earning a degree in Business from Virginia Tech. During her career, she expanded her skills to include systems planning and design. This led her to becoming a process engineer and to later obtain a Masters of Education from George Mason University in Instructional Technology (curriculum design). She keeps up with the world of education by teaching for the Mason's Graduate School of Education and delivering training in process engineering. Instructional design is her primary focus but her varied background enables her to off more.
